This season Oslo transforms into a winter wonderland with its annual Julemarked. This event, deeply rooted in Norwegian tradition, it offers a magical Christmas experience that everyone should visit. Starting from November 20, 2024, and running through December 23, 2024, Oslo Julemarked brings the spirit of the holidays with its events and Christmas booths.

A Julemarked, or Christmas market, is a street market associated with the celebration of Christmas during the four weeks of Advent. Across Norway these markets are a seasonal hub of activity where community, culture, and local craftsmanship come together. The markets feature stalls selling everything from traditional Norwegian crafts to foods and warm beverages, all designed to spread holiday cheer and encouragepeople to come together during the chilly winter months.
