We are happy to announce that Time2Staff app version 3.0.16 is now live. This update introduces an important improvement to job ads, giving you more flexibility and better tools to communicate clearly with your crew.
Clear communication is essential for efficient staffing. With this release, we make it easier to share relevant information at the right time, directly where your crew expects to find it.
New feature: Attach images and documents to job ads
You can now upload images and documents directly to your job ads in the app. This allows you to include files such as work schedules, role descriptions, guidelines, maps, safety instructions, or venue photos.
All attachments are displayed directly in the job ad and are accessible to crew members before they accept a shift. This ensures that everyone has access to the same information from the start.

Job ads are often the first point of contact between your business and potential crew. When important details are missing or unclear, it can lead to misunderstandings, unnecessary questions, or unprepared staff.

This feature is available for all customers running version 3.0.16 or later.
